Application

This is the last PREP step before makeup. Formulated to be one of the cleanser primers in the market, Apply 1-2 squeezes of product in an even layer. Allow the product to absorb into skin for a minimum of 1 minutes before applying makeup. This will allow makeup to bond with the primer and last all day.

Return Policy

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene reasons, Parëva Beauty does not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.

This restriction does not apply to approved order cancellations, approved adverse-reaction requests, or eligible claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, as described below.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights or remedies under applicable law.

Return authorization and instructions

All returns must be pre-approved by Parëva Beauty. To request approval, email hello@parevabeauty.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Include any supporting information required under the applicable section of this policy.

Submitting a request does not constitute approval. Please do not ship any product until you receive a return-approval email from us.

If your request is approved, the approval email will provide the return shipping address, instructions, any applicable shipping costs or refund deductions, and the deadline for sending your return. Please use only the address provided in that email.

Products sent without prior approval or to a different address may be delayed or declined, subject to applicable law. This authorization process does not limit your statutory rights.

Adverse reactions

If you experience an adverse reaction to a Parëva Beauty product, you may request an exception to our no-return policy by contacting hello@parevabeauty.com within 30 days of the delivery date.

All requests under this discretionary adverse-reaction policy are subject to review of the supporting proof and approval by Parëva Beauty. Submitting a request does not guarantee a return or refund.

If approved, we will refund the purchase price paid for the affected product, less any permitted shipping deductions described below. We will confirm whether a physical return is required and provide any applicable return instructions. Please do not return a product before receiving authorization.

The 30-day request window applies only to our discretionary adverse-reaction policy. It does not replace or limit any separate rights or remedies concerning defective, unsafe, or nonconforming products under applicable law.

Shipping costs for discretionary approved returns

For discretionary returns approved under this policy, including approved adverse-reaction returns that do not require a different remedy under applicable law, original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your entire order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the actual outbound shipping cost paid by Parëva Beauty, up to $6.99 per order, from your refund, where permitted by applicable law.

For a partial return, any outbound shipping deduction will be allocated proportionately based on the purchase price paid for the returned products relative to the total purchase price paid for all products in that shipment. Total outbound shipping deductions will not exceed the original shipping charge or, for a free-shipping order, the actual outbound shipping cost capped at $6.99 per order. We will not charge the same shipping cost twice.

Customers are responsible for return postage for discretionary approved returns. You may purchase your own return postage or, if available, use a Parëva Beauty return label.

If you choose to use a Parëva Beauty return label, we will disclose its cost before use and deduct that amount from your refund. The return-label deduction is separate from any permitted outbound shipping deduction. We will not deduct a return-label charge if you paid for return postage yourself.

Before you ship an approved return, we will confirm the applicable deductions and provide return instructions.

These deductions do not apply to:

For damaged, defective, or nonconforming products, we will provide any shipping reimbursement or prepaid return shipping required by applicable law. Where statutory withdrawal rights require reimbursement of standard outbound delivery charges, those charges will be refunded and no free-shipping deduction will apply.

Lost or missing packages

If your package has not arrived, or tracking shows it was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact hello@parevabeauty.com with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and work with the shipping carrier as appropriate to investigate the issue. Available resolutions will depend on the circumstances and applicable law. A delivery scan does not, by itself, determine your eligibility for a remedy.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Order cancellations and shipping delays

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact hello@parevabeauty.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate ordinary cancellation requests before fulfillment begins. Once your order has been processed for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your cancellation is approved before shipment, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges paid, to your original payment method. No outbound shipping or return-shipping deduction will apply.

If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe stated when you placed it, or within the applicable legally required timeframe if none was stated, we will notify you and provide any required option to consent to the delay or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped merchandise and associated shipping charges.

Shipping-delay cancellation rights apply regardless of whether fulfillment has begun or a shipping label has been created.

Failed deliveries and incorrect addresses

Please verify that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout, we will contact you to arrange next steps. If you request reshipment, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charge, which we will disclose before reshipping.

If you do not wish to have the order resent, we will refund the purchase price paid for the returned merchandise, less any permitted outbound shipping deduction calculated under the “Shipping costs for discretionary approved returns” section.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may also deduct an actual carrier return-to-sender charge attributable to the incorrect or incomplete address. We will identify and explain any such charge before processing the refund. We will not charge the same cost twice.

We will not apply these customer-address-error deductions when the failed delivery resulted from an error by Parëva Beauty. Delivery failures involving the carrier will be evaluated separately, subject to applicable law.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact hello@parevabeauty.com as soon as possible, preferably within three business days of delivery.

For missing items, photographs of the items received and the shipping packaging may help us investigate.

Reporting an issue after three business days does not automatically disqualify your request. We will evaluate later reports based on the circumstances and applicable law.

For approved claims, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to applicable law. We will not apply the discretionary-return shipping deductions to approved claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.

If a return is required for an approved claim, we will provide prepaid return shipping or arrange reimbursement of reasonable return postage approved in advance.

If a refund is issued for the entire order, we will refund the original shipping charges paid. If only part of the order is affected, we will refund any associated shipping charges required by applicable law and confirm the amount when resolving your claim.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We will notify you when your refund has been processed.

We will issue discretionary refunds within seven business days after any required returned product is received and its eligibility is confirmed. If no physical return is required, we will issue the refund within seven business days of approval.

Refunds required by applicable law will be issued within the applicable legal deadline and will not be delayed by our discretionary approval process.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Suspected fraudulent orders and payment disputes

Parëva Beauty reserves the right to review or cancel orders that appear unauthorized or fraudulent. If we cancel an order before shipment, we will refund any payment collected for that order.
